Check out the outstanding views! We’ve taken full advantage of the excellent expertise available in Northland for this project, as we support broader outcomes generated by #keepingitlocal The 3 bedroom house was recently transported with Northland-based Total Repile on the second leg of its journey from Auckland, and installed on its piles. Pile installation was completed a few months ago, care of Tim Garton and his team at KCL Contracting, who also subcontracted Kaitaia builders Sweetwater Construction for this project. Subfloor, geotech and TP58 design was by the team at PK Engineering in Kerikeri. Josue Hernandez from Ingenium in Kerikeri designed the deck that gives the property such awesome views when you’re entertaining or working from home. Builders on the project are the team from JD Builders (Hokianga based), and we’re also using several other local subcontractors for other aspects of the project. #kaitaiaparadise #residential #residentialrealestate #construction #constructionindustry #NewZealand
